About

I am an imagineer with photoshop and illustration skills specialized in UX management.

Marleen Vorster studied at Sint Lucas in Boxtel (advertising and presentation techniques), after which she switched to the art academy in Tilburg. She has always been involved in the ICT company Linfosys, her family business where she began her career as a manager and designer.

The software development department flourished under its leadership through the development of, among others, the web application OnView. By combining her various functions in the scrum development as product owner and scrummaster with her graphical UX experience, this application grew to be the market leader in the Netherlands.

In addition to her job as UX manager at Linfosys her love for Fantasy Art continued and she decided to set up MadameThenadier Art in 2012.
Here she focuses mainly on the design of Fantasy Art that is applied in, among others. Coverart and gameart. She is also recognized as an autonomous artist in America and the Netherlands, making it possible to find various publications and exhibitions of her work.

Marleen distinguishes herself through the varriation and at the same time the ideal combination of ICT knowledge, leadership qualities and graphical care.

  • Freelance photoshop artist
    2010 - 2017

    As a photoshop artist I combine photo-elements and illustration making a photo-illustration. Besides Fantasy art I also work as an extreme photoshop retouch artist for magazines and glossy's.  

  • The FiXzi factory
    2012 - 2017

    The FiXzi factory is an unique collaboration between photographer Peter Jan Fernhout and Marleen Vorster. Together they creates several lines of photomanipulations used for corporate and private use. With the dream image line they appeal to children's dreams and wishes. 

  • UX manager
    1997- 2017

    Managing and directing a software department building several IT projects. Developing software applications build in visual studio.net and HTML5. In the various roles as product owner, scrummaster and UX manager. Translating the wishes and needs of the customers to the final product.
